1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ParkPin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ParkPin is a utility application designed to assist users in pinning, tracking, and navigating back to their parked vehicles using location services on Android phones and Wear OS smartwatches.

3. Location & Navigation Accuracy Disclaimer

Location pinning and navigation guidance depend on your device's hardware sensors, cellular networks, and GPS availability. ParkPin does not guarantee 100% precision in dense indoor garages or subterranean locations. Users are encouraged to remain aware of physical parking signage and environment.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Billing: Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are billed securely through your Google Play Account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in your Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by standard Google Play Store refund policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to operate the App while actively driving or in any manner that creates a road safety hazard. Always adhere to local traffic laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ParkPin and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost parking locations, parking fees, or vehicle issues.
